The SABFS Headquarters

The SABFS (Start A Blog From Scratch) headquarters is a lovely place, where jammers run in and out, suggesting future post ideas, delivering feedback from editors and enjoying tasty refreshments!

The first (and main) floor looks a bit like this:

This is the community discussion room. Jammers meet here (often with a mug of hot cocoa or a warm chocolate chip cookie in their paw!) to conference and debate. Regularly, a lead speaker will project a presentation onto the chalkboard, or a teacher will come and teach a free class on blogging, or a historian will give a lecture on the history of Jamaa.

This is the office of SABFS's head instructor (awesomepanda868). She can usually be found here writing new posts, replying to comments and questions or studying blogging-related books or old Jamaasian tomes. However, she spends most of her time hunched over her drawing tablet with a Photoshop window open on her JamaaBook computer, creating new graphics for the jammers who view her main blog and passion, Animal Jam Graphic Central, to enjoy!

When you head up a flight of stairs, you'll find yourself on the second floor of the HQ:

Although this floor isn't anything spectacular, it is one of the most important floors in the HQ! This floor is kept sparse for a reason: it is a giant conference and presentation room. Jammers who have major ideas, visuals, presentations and information too big or important for the mini conference room downstairs on the first floor, they call up a group of SABFS's employees to hear out their ideas.

On the third floor...

We have a lovely, award-winning café for our employees and visitors to enjoy. We try to maximize the smaller space by using colorful stools, plush benches, and mats, as well as multicolored tables.

We serve an abundance of baked goods, like cookies, pies, cakes and brownies, but also have fruits, candy and hot chocolate.

Speaking of chocolate--we have a giant chocolate fountain in the corner of our café, in which jammers can dunk cookies, fruits, pretzels, candy and more in the gooey, yummy fondue.

The favorite spot in our café to hang out in is our cozy corner near the fireplace. Two comfy benches frame a colorful table, on which a tray of hot chocolate necessities and a box of delicious chocolates lie. Jammers love to settle down on one of the benches with their friends and chat about Jamaa's latest trends and happenings, or simply get comfy and read their favorite book while nibbling on a bright pink gumball.
